    All delivery estimates are guidelines and inclement weather, public holidays, and seasonal delays may affect your parcel.

  • We are happy to accept returns if you change your mind about your purchase. Please return the unused and unopened product or products in question together with the delivery note as a proof of purchase within 14 days for a refund to:

    Customers should expect a refund within one week upon receipt of the return. Please note that any postage costs incurred when returning your items during this period will be at your own cost, unless the item is damaged, or was sent in error.

    If an order was placed with a promotional discount on postage, this may affect your refund amount if your total spend is no longer above the delivery offer requirements.

  • Any items which have been opened or unsealed.

  • If the item is damaged, missing or incorrect, please contact us immediately. We will arrange either a full refund or to resend the item.

  • We accept the cancellations before the delivery date if you would like to cancel your order.
