Veg Mince Sandwich
Ingredients
(A) Veggie meat
- 1 pack of rehydrated veggie mince
- 2 cloves garlic (finely chopped)
- 1 medium onion (finely diced)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt, miso
(B) Fancy Sauce ideas
- Mint sauce with vegan mayo
- Miso with vegan mayo
- Garlic vegan mayo with lemon zests
・Your favourite veggies (Sliced tomato, lettuce, cucumber etc.)
Recipe
Boil plenty of water in a pot and add the minced veggie meat. Boil for approximately 4 minutes.
Drain in a strainer and remove excess water (it will become about three times heavier).
Rinse 2-3 times under running water (this step will remove the soyabean odor).
After squeezing out excess water thoroughly, you can use it for your cooking.
Mix all the ingredients (A) and fry in pan.
When the meat becomes browned, flip it over.
After frying both sides, place the meat, your favorite vegetables, and some sauce between the patties.
