SHOJIN MANIA is all about sharing the traditional Japanese spirit and culture with the world through beautifully crafted products. We started this project with the desire to bring the philosophy of SHOJIN — a way of cultivating a calm and focused mind — to everyone in a relaxed and enjoyable way.
We’ve handpicked a range of items made by talented Japanese artisans. Most of these products are unique finds in the UK, offering a rare glimpse into Japan’s craftsmanship. Our collection features traditional, health-focused goods, especially fermented foods. We’re thrilled to offer these exceptional products, showcasing Japan’s finest artisans.
What we stand for
- Made in Japan, by artisans. Every product is sourced directly from small producers we know by name — from a 190-year-old miso maker in Fukui to tea growers in Uji, Kyoto.
- Naturally good. Plant-based, fermented, and free from additives and preservatives wherever possible.
