Just Add

Mix 1–2 teaspoons into warm or cold milk for a rich, creamy cocoa drink. Sprinkle over yoghurt, porridge, pancakes, or ice cream, or add to cakes and cookies.

High-Protein Breakfast

Cacao Porridge with Cocoa Kinako (serves one)

• ¼ cup oats (wholegrain for extra fibre)
• ½ cup milk of your choice
• 2 tbsp Cocoa Kinako

Mix in a small pot and cook for a few minutes until the oats are done. Add more liquid if you'd like it looser. Serve warm with your choice of toppings.
