Chia seed pudding with plain Kinako

Ingredients

  • Banana x1

  • Chia seeds 1tbsp

  • Almond drink 1/2cup

  • Plain kinako 1tbsp

  • Date syrup (optional)

Recipe

  1. Mash the banana in a bowl

  2. Add chia seeds, almond drink and mix to combine

  3. Leave for 30 minutes then mix well again

  4. Place in the fridge over night (or at least 6 hours)

  5. Add Plain kinako and mix to combine

  6. Pour date syrup on top (optional)
