Irish coffee affogato with Kinako

Ingredients

- Vanilla Bean Ice Cream
- 3 oz strong coffee or a shot of espresso per glass
- 4 tbsp Irish Whiskey
- 4 tbsp Baileys Irish Cream

Recipe

Brew a small pot of strong coffee or shot of espresso (x4) and let cool a bit.

In a decorative glass or coupe champagne glass spoon one-two large scoops of the vanilla Ice cream or gelato into the glass.

Pour the coffee over the ice cream followed by the Tablespoon of Irish Whiskey and Tablespoon of Bailey’s in each glass

Garnish with a KINAKO, serve immediately.
