Soymilk Miso Ramen

Ingredients

- 1 pack of Ichihomare Super Noodle
- 200ml water
- 300ml Unsweetened soy milk
- 1 tbsp Miso
- 1 tsp Doubanjiang
- 1tbsp Sesame oil
- 1 clove of garlic

Recipe

Make the Broth:
- In a pot, heat sesame oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add water, unsweetened soy milk, miso, and doubanjiang. Stir well to dissolve the miso.
- Simmer the broth on low heat for about 5-7 minutes, allowing the flavours to meld. Adjust the taste by adding more miso or doubanjiang if needed.

Prepare the Noodles:
- Cook the Ichihomare Super Noodle for 60 seconds. Drain and divide into serving bowls. Add the broth and give the ramen a gentle stir to combine all the flavours.

Arrange the toppings🥬🌶️🧄
- Sesame seed, seaweed, spinach, crshed peanuts, tomatos, yuzu skin, spring onions
