Crafted in Fukui, Japan, using a traditional recipe associated with Eiheiji Temple, one of Japan's most respected Zen Buddhist monasteries.

Made with 100% Japanese-grown soybeans and rice, this premium miso is aged for approximately twice as long as conventional miso and contains around 20% more rice koji, creating a rich umami flavour, gentle sweetness and a deep, complex aroma.

Perfect for miso soup, marinades, sauces and everyday cooking.
