Tiramisu with Matcha KINAKO

Ingredients

  • Mascarpone 250g

  • Double cream 100ml

  • Sponge fingers 15 - 20

  • Kinako Matcha1tbs

  • Sugar 2tbs

  • Syrup 1tbs

  • Almond drink 200ml

Recipe

  1. Pour the almond drink into a flat shallow bowl and warm in the microwave for 30 sec

  2. Add the matcha kinako and mix well

  3. Add the sponge fingers in a flat layer and let them soak

  4. Put the mascarpone, half the sugar and half the syrup into a separate bowl and mix well

  5. Put the double cream, half the sugar and half the syrup into a third bowl and whisk until stiff

  6. Add the mascarpone mixture (step 4) to the cream mixture (step 5) and combine

  7. Layer the mixture (from step 6) and the sponge fingers (from step 3) in serving glasses

  8. Leave them in the fridge for 1 hour

  9. Sprinkle the matcha kinako on top
